WCV Equipamentos
Eletrônicos (WCV Tools) was founded over 30
years ago with the objective of offering solutions
to the automotive market area. WCV Tools performance was concentrated
on the segment of development of equipment, accessories and
systems for vehicle repairs and diagnoses further to providing
training and lectures for mechanics, workshops, automotive
centers and dealers.
In order to acquire this
know-how, WCV Tools had to form big partnerships
with manufacturers of specialized equipment in the automotive
area in the United States, Europe, Australia and Argentina,
all of them international market leaders.
In view of the growing
market of vehicles, WCV Tools has been intensifying
its efforts in this segment to offer products and services
with technology, high quality and solutions to its customer’s
real needs.
It is WCV Tools

Research and Development
WCV Tools Research
and Development Department has always endeavored
to be updated with the most advanced technologies
and innovations in the automotive market. It is staffed with
an engineer team specialized in the development of new products
and improvement of the already existing ones, always striving
to offer high quality equipment to our customers and aiming
to service all vehicle makes and types.
The equipment manufactured by WCV
Tools is tested by test devices specially developed
to ratify the product performance, warranty and quality.
Technical Support
WCV Tools engineers and mechanics team is
highly qualified to deal with and solve any problem in the
area of automotive repairs and diagnosis submitted by telephone,
e-mail and fax; it is also responsible for developing the
support material, such as: CD's, Manuals, Courses and Lectures
that enable the customer to have better performance and specialized
apprenticeship in the automotive area. By doing so, we keep
our customer well informed about innovations and new technologies
introduced into the market.
Technical Assistance

Technical Assistance is carried out at the plant
only, in order to guarantee quality and reliable repairs.
Such repairs are made
by specialized professionals and technicians; hence, the customer
may rely on the services rendered.
Our quality control
checks and tests the equipment before issuing the authorization
to return it to the market.
The whole process and
our concern aim to offer to the customer a practically new
product within its main functions.
